Dear neighbors and friends,
As a resident of Hemispheres for the past 7 years, I am deeply invested in our community's success. My wife and I have been married for 55 years, and we are proud parents of two sons and grandparents of three grandchildren.
I am running for the Board to bring my extensive construction expertise to address the challenges we face, to protect our investment, and ensure a brighter future for all residents and owners.
I Have a Lifetime of Construction Experience. With a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and over 50 years of experience in construction, I bring the knowledge and expertise needed to make a meaningful impact at The Hemispheres. I have managed large-scale projects, overseen complex budgets, and ensured quality construction that meets the highest standards.
My Goals:

Financial Responsibility & Accountability: Given the recent special assessment, I will prioritize a thorough review of all construction projects, contracts, and expenditures to ensure transparency and responsible use of the association funds.

Quality Construction & Project Oversight: I will leverage my engineering expertise to ensure that all construction projects are completed according to approved plans and specifications, with rigorous quality control measures in place.

Minimizing Cost Overruns: I will work to minimize change orders by ensuring thorough planning, detailed contracts, and that qualified architects, engineers and contractors are selected for all projects.

Raising Property Values: By addressing our community's infrastructure needs efficiently and effectively, I will help to enhance the desirability and value of our homes.
