My Priorities:

​

• Empowering  Owners:  I  am  committed  to  ensuring  the  owners  have  a  strong  voice  in  our community.  The petition of 528 units owners with questions and concerns about the additional $56 Million special assessment and $32 Million line of credit was fully ignored by the management and the officers of the board. This should never happen again. I will actively explore ways to enhance owners’ representation and participation in decision-making,  ensuring  a  respectful  and  responsive community.  This  includes  evaluating  the  best  way  to  amplify  owners’  voices,  such  as  amending our  bylaws  to  require  full  transparency  and  owners’  approval  of  special  assessments, transparent advisory committees, etc.

• Financial  Transparency:  I  will  advocate  for  regular,  accessible  financial  reports  and spending  to  ensure responsible management of our property. This includes open meetings to review the budget, address questions, and promote clear, transparent spending practices. I will also work towards the establishment of robust financial and construction oversight committees with owners’ participation.

• Responsible Spending: I will advocate for thorough due diligence and competitive bidding processes for all projects and contracts to ensure we receive the best value for our community. My goal is to maximize every dollar spent while upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity. ​​

• Effective Management: I will work to foster a collaborative management, holding them accountable for maintaining our property to the highest standards and ensuring efficient, responsive service to all residents.

• Open Communication: I pledge to create accessible, reliable, and truthful communication channels, ensuring all owners are informed and have the opportunity to share their opinion and perspectives. I am committed to listening to your concerns and responding promptly and thoughtfully.
   

My Experience & Qualifications: 
 

• Three Bachelor’s Degrees and a Master’s in Arts: My educational experiences have equipped me with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills that I will bring to the Board. 

 

• Licensed Insurance Adjuster: My experience as an insurance adjuster will be valuable in assessing contracts, understanding risk management, and protecting the association's assets. 

 

• Excellent Communicator & Problem Solver: I am known for my ability to listen, understand, and find common ground, even in challenging situations. I will bring these skills to the Board to facilitate constructive dialogue and find solutions that benefit our entire community.

I  am  also fluent  in  Spanish,  Italian,  and  English, allowing me to connect with a broad range of our residents.
