Dear Fellow Owners,
My name is Avram Silver, and I am honored to be a candidate for our condominium board. Our community is more than just a place to live—it’s our home, our investment, and a place where we all deserve to feel safe, valued, and heard.
I have been a proud owner at the Hemispheres for seven years, and like you, I want to ensure our building remains well-maintained, financially stable, and a great place to live. My background in business, real estate, technology, and finance—including experience on Wall Street and as a major shareholder in a public company—has given me valuable expertise in contract negotiations, operations management, and financial oversight.
I am running for the board because I care deeply about our community and want to ensure we make smart, forward-thinking decisions.
If elected, my focus will be:

Financial Responsibility & Transparency: Streamlining the budget by at least 15% (as I recently did in my company) while ensuring wise and transparent spending.

Building Maintenance & Long-Term Planning: Addressing repairs promptly, planning for major improvements, and protecting property values.

Community Engagement & Communication: Improving openness and accessibility between the board and residents so your concerns are heard. ​​

Fair & Balanced Decision-Making: Ensuring that all board decisions serve the majority’s best interests while remaining fair to all.

Beyond my business experience, I have also volunteered as a rabbi at various times in my life. I am a father of nine accomplished children, all leaders in their communities, and I take pride in fostering strong relationships and leadership.
If elected, I will serve with integrity, transparency, and fairness. I am not here for personal gain—I am here to work for you and ensure the best for our community.
